1. How much does it cost to join as a partner?

Joining is completely free. There is no upfront fee, no deposit, and no investment required.

2. What do I need to prepare before becoming a partner?

Just your time, motivation, and a smartphone. Basic English or local language is enough. We’ll provide forms, templates, and all needed support.

3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. Even 1 item can be ordered at a wholesale price. You can group small orders from different clients into one shipment.

4. How fast can I get a quotation from the factory?

We usually provide a product quote within 24 hours after you submit the request (with product photo and local price info).

5. How much commission can I earn?

Commissions range from 2% to 10%, depending on the product type, margin, and order size. The bigger the deal, the more you earn.

6. What kind of products can I source through HereCart?

Almost anything — tools, kitchenware, home goods, electronics accessories, small machinery, textiles, etc. You tell us what your local market needs.

7. How do I know your prices are competitive?

You provide the local retail price or supply cost, and we compare with our Chinese factory quotes. You’ll see the price advantage clearly before making an offer.

8. Will I be responsible for shipping and logistics?

No. We help manage the shipping (air or sea), customs handling, and coordination. You just help collect orders and distribute locally when goods arrive.

9. Can I build a team or open an office later?

Yes! We encourage partners to expand. You can recruit your own agents, manage multiple clients, and scale your commission.

10. Is my area exclusive? Will others compete with me?

We recruit only 1–2 partners per city. Once your performance is active, your zone is protected.

11. Can I get product samples first?

Yes. You or your client can request paid samples (including shipping cost), especially for quality-sensitive products.

12. How do I collect money from clients?

You can collect directly from clients and pay us the product cost, or introduce the buyer to us for direct handling. We’re flexible.

We do not allow partners to handle large payments without prior approval. For safety and trust, we recommend buyers pay HereCart directly whenever possible.

If a partner violates our terms or causes a financial dispute, their partner status will be immediately terminated, and legal action may be taken in cooperation with the buyer. We encourage transparency — partners who build trust always earn more in the long run.

13. What if a buyer doesn’t trust me or your company?

You can request company profiles, sample shipments, and videos from our team. Building trust takes time, and we’ll support you with tools to help.

14. How are commissions paid?

Monthly or per order, via Payoneer, Wise, Binance, or bank transfer — whichever is convenient for your region.

15. Do I need a company or business license to work with you?

No, you can join as an individual. If you grow into a larger operation, you can register a local business later if needed.
